Valued by many cultures for digestive support, Anise is often found in toothpastes and mouthwashes for fresh breath. Anise takes on a stimulating personality in small amounts, but becomes a relaxant when used more liberally. This essential oil is wonderfully potent: it should always be diluted with caution.HOW TO USE
Common Uses: To support healthy digestion and calm intestinal discomfort, massage a dilution of 2.4% Anise in a carrier oil on the abdomen. Great as a massage oil for muscles & joints.
Blending Recommendations: Lemon, Sweet Orange, Distilled Lime, Bergamot, Rosemary ct cineole, Rosemary ct verbenone, Lavender, Clary Sage, Sweet Marjoram, Basil, Sandalwood.
Safety Information: Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have or have had endometriosis or estrogen-dependent cancers. Do not use with children under 10 years old. Maximum Dermal Dilution: 2.4%, 22 drops per ounce.
